Forging Alliances & Strengthening Neighborhoods

Building a Stronger Pendleton, Together

Pendleton Pride in Motion (PPIM) brings neighbors together to make Pendleton a healthier, more beautiful, and more connected place to live. Through volunteer service, community partnerships, and projects that encourage walking, biking, recreation, and civic engagement, we're helping build pride in our hometown—one project at a time.

Volunteer. Partner. Make a Difference.

Our Mission

Pendleton Pride in Motion inspires community pride by connecting volunteers, organizations, and local leaders to improve Pendleton's quality of life.

We believe thriving communities are built by people who care enough to roll up their sleeves. Whether we're restoring trails, cleaning neighborhoods, supporting community organizations, or creating opportunities for people to walk, bike, and connect, our work strengthens the places—and relationships—that make Pendleton special.development compatible with Pendleton's historic roots.

Building Community Partnerships

Building Community Partnerships

Building Community Partnerships

Rather than duplicating existing efforts, PPIM serves as a connector among organizations working to make Pendleton better.

We proudly collaborate with organizations including:

  • Friends of the Green Crescent Trail
  • Pendleton Historical Foundation
  • Pendleton Beautification
  • Pendleton Recreation Association
  • Pendleton Community Center
  • Town of Pendleton
  • Local businesses and civic organizations

Together, we accomplish more than any one organization could alone.

Active Living

Building Community Partnerships

Active Living

A walkable, bike-friendly community creates healthier people and stronger neighborhoods.

PPIM supports projects that encourage:

  • Walking
  • Bicycling
  • Trail development
  • Outdoor recreation
  • Safe community connections
  • Access to parks and public spaces

We believe every investment in active transportation is an investment in Pendleton's future.
